Southern Smoke Foundation
Provides emergency financial relief grants to food and beverage industry workers experiencing unforeseen catastrophic life events, medical crises, natural disasters, or domestic violence emergency relocation.
• Funding Limit: Based on documented invoice need; paid directly to creditors and landlords
Must have worked in the food and beverage industry (restaurants, bars, catering, farming) for a minimum of 30 hours/week for at least 6 continuous months, and experienced crisis within the past 6 months.
- •Strict food & beverage employment proof required (6 months at 30+ hrs/week)
- •Crisis event must have occurred within the last 6 months
- •Paid directly to vendors/landlords; no cash disbursed to applicant
